Hi, I'm Tori and I set up Riot Marketing after the birth of my youngest daughter - her appetite for learning and perfecting new skills inspired me to put my portfolio of experiences in all things marketing and PR to good use!

I am an experienced marketer, PR and content writing professional with over 20 years' in the industry. I am passionate about writing and carefully carved a niche for myself bridging the gap between marketing and PR with my self-confessed creative tendencies and desire to go the extra mile in everything that I do. My career has seen me promote a wide range of brands to many different stakeholders, and I have particular specialist interests in education, tech and engineering sectors as well as consumer brand development and destination marketing.
Riot is an anagram of my name, Tori. I didn’t want a brand name based on an unknown acronym, but something that represented me, and was both quirky and memorable. This resonates with my passion for helping others to stand out and find their competitive edge.

At its core, Riot Marketing is me supporting marketing teams and agencies on a freelance basis to leverage the power of words and creativity. My extended team consists of my trusted, talented partners spanning design, strategy and comms who are poised to join in and make some noise for your brand, ensuring you see real value from the outset.
